B.E. in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Amazonas, Brazil (1998), M.Sc. in Computer Science at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil (2001), and D.Sc. in Computer Science at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil (2007).
I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Research and Technological Inovation Center (FUCAPI), Brazil, and also a Professor at the Graduation Program in Computer Science at the Federal University of Amazonas. I am a member of ACM, ACM Sigcomm, ACM Sigmobile, IEEE, and IEEE Communications Society.
